Baladi Account Deletion

If you want to delete your Baladi account and remove your personal data, you can request account deletion using the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Baladi application:

Open the Baladi app.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your deletion request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After your account deletion request is completed, the following data will be deleted or anonymized:

Your name and profile information.
Your phone number.
Saved delivery addresses.
Authentication information.
User preferences.
Push notification identifiers.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, or business purposes, including:

Order history required for accounting records.
Transaction information related to completed orders.
Security and fraud prevention records.

Retained information is kept only for the period required by applicable laws and is deleted or anonymized afterward.

Account Deletion Processing

Deletion requests are processed after verifying account ownership. Once completed, your account access will be permanently disabled.
